By booking a billboard feature through Billbort, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking. Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
3. Content Guidelines
You are responsible for the content displayed on your billboard feature. Billbort reserves the right to reject or remove any content that is deemed offensive, illegal, or inappropriate without a refund.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, date changes, or dissatisfaction with the service. Please review your booking carefully before completing payment.
5. Scheduling
Your selected date is subject to confirmation. In the rare event that Billbort cannot fulfill your booking on the selected date due to technical or operational issues, we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.
6. Liability
Billbort's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
7. Changes to Terms
Billbort reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
