No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Billbort are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds?
Billboard time slots are reserved exclusively for each customer upon booking. Once a slot is reserved, it cannot be offered to other customers. Because of this commitment of resources, all sales are final.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will not be honored, and no refund or credit will be issued regardless of the reason, including personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the service.
Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical failure on Billbort's end that prevents your feature from being displayed, we will reschedule your booking to a new date at no extra charge. Rescheduling is the sole remedy available; refunds will not be issued.
